Without this vital museum, the heritage of the Core Sound and the North Carolina coastal area, their traditions, hallmarks, water fowling history and famous decoy carvers would be lost to all of us. This is a wonderful place to visit when you are in the vicinity.

East Carolina Wildfowl Guild
Exceptional art, decoy carving and collectibles and wonderful people all come together to make the East Carolina Wildlife Festival possible every February. Visit their website for information on the next festival.

Rappahannock River Wildfowl Guild
White Stone, Virginia hosts its premier Wildlife Art Festival in March every year. Nationally known decoy carvers and artists as well as delicious delicacies from the Chesapeake Bay make this a must on your list. Visit their Web site for details.

Children's Home Society of North Carolina
For over 16 years, it has been an honor for me to work with the CHS through the creation and donation of artwork for their annual fundraising Christmas Card. Labrador Life Line and Foothills Golden Retriever Rescue
Two wonderful organizations of volunteers who aid Labrador and Golden Retrievers in dire need of help and loving homes. Their efforts are very dear to my heart.

Greenville Humane Society
These hard working folks not only find loving homes for our most faithful creatures, but they also help abused women and their pets through their "Safe Women, Safe Pets" programs.
